Ritualist
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October, 2026
Ritualist ("the App") is a personal calendar for the routines you keep. The things you track are personal, so we keep data collection small and never use it for anything other than running the App.
1. What we collect
Ritualist only collects what it needs to keep your calendars in sync.
- —Your email address: Used to send you a magic sign-in link and to identify your account. We don't use passwords.
- —Your trackers: The rituals you create (names, emojis, colors) and the days you mark, so they're there whenever you sign in.
2. Your trackers are private
Everything you log belongs to you.
- —Only you can see them: Your trackers aren't public and aren't visible to other users.
- —Sharing is your choice: Share snapshots are images created on request. They only leave the app when you copy or share them yourself.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used only to run Ritualist.
- —No selling, no ads: We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your information with advertisers.
- —Service providers: The app runs on trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, sign-in emails, and storage. They process data only to provide those services.
4. Data retention & deletion
You can leave whenever you like.
- —Delete your account: Email us and we'll permanently delete your account and all of your trackers.
- —Beta: Ritualist is currently in beta and free to use. If that changes, we'll update this policy and let you know.
